New Member Form

To become a WGC member, complete the New Member Form below. Membership officially begins once the $1,100 Contribution Fee is paid; however, voting privileges begin in November. The entire $1,100 is tax deductible to the extent as provided by the IRS.

As a new member, you will be contacted shortly after we receive the New Member Form to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. For more information, please contact us.

As a WGC SWFL member, I agree that:

Images of WGC SWFL members, including my image, taken at WGC SWFL events may be used in any WGC SWFL materials.
Member contact information printed in our private, secure Member Directory will be used solely for WGC purposes and not for solicitation of any kind. If you do not want your contact information to appear in our Member Directory, please contact us.
I will make a one-year Contribution Fee of $1,100 to the WGC SWFL in a timely manner, covering membership from November 1 through October 31 of the following year.
